We accept all major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Maestro, JCB, American Express and Diners Club. We also accept payment methods like Apple Pay, MobilePay and PayPal. Your payment is secured
Customers outside the European Union may be charged import duty upon shipping and experience delays in delivery. Le Soonar is not responsible for such additional charges and delays.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY
When you have placed your order on the website, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Products that are on stock will be shipped within 2-3 working days. In Denmark orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the shipment date and in the EU within 7 working days from the shipment date. However, please note that most of our orders are made to order and takes upto 5- 8 for delivery within the EU. Your parcel will be delivered by DHL. It is fully insured in case of loss or damage on its way to you. All claims regarding damaged goods must be made immediately and no later than 7 days after arrival of the goods
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In accordance with Danish legislation an item can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item returned must be unused and in the original condition. As soon as we receive
your returned parcel, the item will undergo a quality check, to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. Please note that the items are your responsibility until they reach us, and please insure your package return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. You are responsible for the return expenses.
No refunds will be allowed on custom or bespoke ordered goods. When choosing your ring size and bracelet/bangle size the product falls under the custom-made category.please return your product to:
