Terms & Conditions
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Maestro, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club.
We also accept Apple Pay, MobilePay, and PayPal.
All payments are processed securely using encrypted payment gateways.
Customers outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs delays upon delivery. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not the responsibility of Le Soonar. Any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & DELIVERY
Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
In-stock items are shipped within 2–3 working days.
Most of our jewellery is made to order. Made-to-order items require approximately 5–8 weeks for delivery within the European Union.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Denmark: 1–3 working days
- European Union: up to 7 working days
All orders are shipped via DHL and are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
Any claims regarding damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt and no later than 7 days after delivery.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
In accordance with Danish consumer law, standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
Once we receive your return, the item will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Items returned in unsuitable condition will be sent back to the customer.
The item remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches Le Soonar. We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment.
CUSTOM & BESPOKE ORDERS
No returns or refunds are accepted on custom or bespoke items.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Rings made to a specific ring size
- Bracelets or bangles made to a specific size.
Any jewellery customized or made on request
Once an item is customized, it is considered final sale.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If you choose to return an eligible item: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (from the customer to Le Soonar)
